Boxing outside near the gym!

Dear members and interested parties,

For the time being we are boxing outside in anticipation of the moment that the hall can be used again.

The location is always:

Majoor Bosshardtplantsoen, near Willem Arntszkade 73 Utrecht.

Athletes up to the age of 26 are allowed to box with contact, from the age of 27 the known distance of 1,5 meters must be guaranteed. Both beginners and advanced are guided by separate trainers.

The timetable is as follows:

From 15 year old:

Monday 5:30 pm

Wednesday 5:30 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am

11 - 14 years:

Tuesday 17:30 pm

Thursday 17:30 pm

Both members and interested athletes must register by e-mail no later than 22:00 the day before, via info@verbon.biz (!)

If you are not in the possession of gloves, we request that you indicate this in the e-mail. In addition to your regular sports equipment, also bring a mat or large towel.

If the weather does not allow you to exercise, you will receive a notification no later than 2 hours in advance via the boxing gym app, or via e-mail to interested athletes.
